Worksite Partners
Worksite Partners was developed to form a partnership between Evergreen Physical Therapy and Employers to successfully prevent, manage and treat work-related injuries. Evergreen Physical Therapy offers patient care education, management solutions promoting the highest quality of care, flexible scheduling and prompt communication that is understandable. The Worksite Partners program is designed to act in the interest of both employer and employee in order to maintain a healthy work force, saving the employer time and money.
