Trish McMillan – Clare Director
Trisha McMillan, MSPT, graduated from Central Michigan University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, and in 1998 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She has been practicing in the mid-Michigan area for eleven years and is currently the director of Evergreen Physical Therapy in Clare. She joined the Evergreen team in 2005 in order to practice physical therapy in an atmosphere that embodies her philosophy of treatment. She thoroughly enjoys the “small town” qualities and quaintness that Evergreen provides the community.
Trisha’s professional interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, and geriatric care. The staff has been active with Clare High School in providing pre-season conditioning programs and rehabilitation for area sports teams. Trisha, her husband, Mitch, and their two children, Cole and Addison, reside in Clare. Her personal interests include outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Kate Hewitt, DPT
Kate Hewitt, DPT graduated from Central Michigan University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Fitness in Preventative and Rehabilitative Programs. In 2012, she graduated from Central Michigan University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Kate specializes in treating sciatica and enjoys using manual therapy techniques while working with patients who have orthopedic diagnoses. Kate also has special interest in working with patients with vestibular diagnoses.
Kate resides in Mount Pleasant with her husband, son, dog, and cat. In her free time, she is President, Head Trainer and skates with Central Michigan Mayhem, Mount Pleasant’s roller derby team. She also enjoys playing video games.
