George Moore, PTA graduated from Baker College of Muskegon, MI in 1998 with his degree as a licensed physical therapist assistant. He has provided rehabilitation and served the community of Big Rapids for over 20 years. George chooses quality continuing education such as myofascial release, manual techniques for shoulder injuries and treatment approaches for neck and back pain. He enjoys treating patients of all ages and various treatment diagnoses. George lives in Canadian Lakes with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys relaxing summer days on the water in the company of his family.

Jennifer Kohn, DPT graduated from FSU in 2008 with her Bachelor of Science degree. She graduated from CMU in 2014 with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She was previously a college and professional athlete and enjoys treating athletes of all levels. Jennifer has recently completed a certification course in Dry Needling. Trigger Point Dry Needling can treat Tendonitis/Tendinopathy, IT Band Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, Neck Pain, Headaches, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Sciatica, Muscle Strains and more Jen resides in Rockford with her husband, and two children. She enjoys playing soccer, running and bicycling.

Jessica Vantroostenberghe, MAT, LAT, ATC, CKTP graduated from Adrian College in 2006 with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science: Athletic Training. She went on to graduate from The University of Findlay, OH with her Master of Science Athletic Training degree in 2009. Jess spends most of her day at Big Rapids High School caring for athletes on and off the field. Jess has developed our highly successful Concussion Management Program. This specialty program streamlines the process of Concussion recovery. This includes Vestibular Rehabilitation, Headache, Vertigo, and BPPV Management and a Concussion Return to Play Protocol. Jess resides in Big Rapids with her cat. She enjoys outdoor recreation of all kinds.

Jessica Morgan, MS, PT graduated from Central Michigan University in 1997 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She then went on to graduate from CMU in 2001 with her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Jessica has worked with athletes of all levels, from middle school to professional. Jessica is certified in LSVT Big which is a specialty program aimed to increase movement intensity and functional movements for patients with Parkinson’s disease. This specialty program can be adapted to many additional patient populations. Jessica resides in Sears with her husband, and their three dogs. She enjoys running, biking, swimming, and skiing in her off time.
