Meet Our Staff
Leah is originally from Linden, MI and received her bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University. After graduation she moved to Harrison where she resides with her husband and two children. She enjoys working in the front office where she gets to meet new people daily and connect with patients. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spends her summers boating.
Mary Wood, PTA
Mary is a lifelong resident of Harrison and graduated from Harrison High School. She continued her education at Mid Michigan College and graduated with her PTA degree in 2018. She and her husband, Garrett, reside in the local community with their two sons, Jayce and Dean.
Mitch McMillan, MS, PT, graduated from Central Michigan University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and in 1999 with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. He was a member of two Honors Fraternities and is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Michigan Physical Therapy Association.
Mitch has been practicing in the Mid-Michigan area for the past several years and is currently the Director of the Evergreen Physical Therapy Clinic in Harrison. Mitch is happy to join the Evergreen team to offer his philosophy of treatment in a rural community setting. Mitch’s professional interests include orthopedics, geriatric, recovery from a back injury, and sports medicine.
Mitch and his wife, Trisha, reside in the Clare area. His personal interests include outdoor activities, traveling, and dog training.
