Mitchell Millar is a licensed Physical Therapist and the Therapy Director at Evergreen Physical Therapy in Midland, Michigan. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory & Henry College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Central Michigan University. Mitchell is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and certified in Dry Needling, enhancing his ability to both create treatment plans to improve general function and treat musculoskeletal conditions with precision and effectiveness. He is greatly involved in the Michigan Chapter of American Physical Therapy Association where he helps to both promote and advance the profession of physical therapy on a state level.

With a strong foundation in general orthopedics and sports medicine, Mitchell brings a dynamic blend of clinical expertise and athletic training experience to his practice. He has worked extensively with athletes across all levels, helping them recover from injuries and optimize performance. He enjoys working with all age groups

Originally from Elk Rapids, Michigan, Mitchell is passionate about living an active lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, lifting weights, cooking, and spending quality time with his wife, daughter, dog, and friends.
