Physical Therapist Assistant

Rachel is a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant and proud graduate of Delta College, with a clinical focus in orthopedic and sports medicine. She provides compassionate care to patients of all ages, with a special interest in working with the older adult population. In addition to her role at Evergreen, Rachel also treats patients in a skilled nursing setting, where she brings empathy, patience, and expertise to help individuals regain mobility and independence.

Rachel lives in Bay City with her husband and son. Outside of work, she enjoys playing golf, fishing with her husband, spending quality time with her son, and taking walks with the family dog. Her love for the outdoors and active lifestyle reflects the same energy and dedication she brings to her professional practice.
